Within the efforts to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants the Community Council of Analiondas has executed some embellishment and infrastructure projects.

Some of the most important and serious projects which have been done are the following:

1. Equipment was bought for the Community Council and all data were computerized.
2. The old house of Andreas Prodromou was bought by the Community Council in order to be renovated and at a later stage a cultural center and heroes’ monument. The entire building is under the protection of the Department of Antiquities and any alterations will be made according to an architectural plan and after the approval of the department of urban planning.
3. The Community Council has undertaken the creation of two parks and many trees were planned. The first park is placed in the area Rodanos (in the road that leads to the little church of Agia Mavri). The second park is placed opposite the Community Council buildings.
4. A big bridge was built in Agia Varvara street.
5. Twenty two pieces of building ground were created and are ready to be given to poor families.
6. The locations Pefkos and Mazovounos are now under the protection of the forest department and trees will be planned all over the area.
7. Many roads within the village were widened.
8. Creation of a dam
9. The pipes of the water supply system were all changed.

Some of the projects which are planned to be done by the community council are the following:

1. Widening of the road from the village Analiondas to Tseri.
2. Creation of an industrial zone.
3. Creation of building ground in order to be given to poor families.
4. Manufacture of a swimming pool and a big room for the organization of several events next to th park of missing Hadjinikolis.
5. Creation nursery school and kindergarten.
